Abstract

This research due to know the influencing factors of BNO-IVP radiograph rejection and to know the solution of rejection. The researcher using 3 method of data collecting, i.e. observational method which result the check-list of BNO-IVP rejected influencing factors, interview method which use to validate the data, and documentating method which result the data in photograph of BNO-IVP radiograph rejected. Then the data will be analysed with reject film analysis. Based on the method, the reject rate result on September up to 13,04%, on October up to 13,63%, then on November up to 29,26%. The influencing factors of BNO-IVP rejection i.e. un-cover anatomical region, poor of radiograph contrast, patient movement, fecal materials, and un-effectiveness of patient preparation. This research has been did on Department of Radiodiagnostic of RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya using 12 BNO-IVP radiograph rejected of 41 total exams on November and then rated by 1 responden. Un-effectiveness of patient preparation is the result of this research. This factor is the main influencing factor of rejection up to 100%. Based on the researher analysis about the solution, i.e. increasing the communication to the patient about the BNO-IVP exam preparation and do revision to the patinet preparation form guide more simply, so the patient can understand easly.

Abstract

Development of moral and the child's personality is formed in childhood so that any small irregularities if not detected and treated properly, will reduce the quality of human resources. Stimulation, especially in the family such as the provision of play equipment, socialization of children, involvement of mothers and other family members of the children's activities will enhance child development. Applying the results of research conducted by Prodi DIII Midwifery Purwokerto on Childhood Development Stimulation 4-5 Years In the village of the District Karangtengah Baturraden. Expected mothers Karangtengah village District of Baturraden can improve knowledge about Childhood Development Stimulation 4-5years and apply in their lives. An understanding of the stimulation of the mothers delivered through health education with lectures, demonstrations, discussions and through video on stimulation of development of children aged 4-5 years. Mothers / caregivers before given lectures and discussions on stimulation of development of children aged 4-5 years, first performed pre-test of stimulation progress made by the mothers / caregivers to the toddler. Health education is expected to increase the knowledge and understanding of mothers about the importance of appropriate stimulation to the child development stages 4-5 years on aspects of gross motor, fine motor, speech-language and sosislisasi-independence according to Pre Screening Questionnaire Development (KPSP).

Abstract

This study aim was to increase the compression ratio and find out how much memory could be saved but also maintaining the quality of the image. The study was quantitative-analytic used samples of simple random sampling. Singular Value Decomposition algorithm (SVD) is a mathematical method to decipher a single matrix by compressing into three smaller matrices of the same size by reducing the data in columns and rows. while Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is excellent in image energy concentrated on a small group of coefficients. It could also provide a combination of information about the frequency and scale resulting in a more accurate image reconstruction. Incorporation of these methods a compression system was lossy compression. The results of the compression process were carried out by compression rate calculation and MSSIM. The results of the study showed that compression system using a combination of SVD –DWT had a good performance. At Threshold_T = 15 and rank criteria _K = 4 generated the compression rate of 15.04% - 39.67%, or an average = 29.35% and MSSIM between 0.99 51,847 to 0.99 94 172 or average = 0.996219 with status almost close to 1, which mean the image of the original image compression and it could not be distinguished visual, it saved memory about 29.81%. It was better than DWT method tested in the same case with the result of the compression rate 28.85%.

Abstract

Kalegen village is a rural area with an area of 2.26 km2 and the population density in 1130 and has experienced landslides. Disaster, illness were stressor that can lead to mental disorders and risky if not handled well. The community service activity was aimed to implemented the results of research on mental health education in the community through the implementation of Community Mental Health Nursing (CMHN) so hopefully people have adaptive coping. The activities carried out for 50 hours in six hamlets in the village Kalegen Bandongan, Magelang. Question and answer drills, role play were conducted. Results: A 180 members of the community were participated. The decreased of symptoms of stress through the Self Reporting Questionnairre (SRQ) were reported. We found this action was effective for the community in instilling awareness of the importance of healthy mental life. Conclusion: This action support the implementation of the vision and mission of nursing studies program Magelang and provide supplies to students as a therapeutic tool in providing mental health nursing care. Suggestions: Changes the knowledge and ability to handle stress and be meaningful if people exercise consistently.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology various radiographic increasingly varied from a single exposure to the examination in serial. Including reproductive organs, one of which is known as Histerosalfingography examination (HSG) (Bontrager, 2000). Histerosalfingography is done by making a couple of times to get the radiation exposure according to the radiograph contrast media travel in the reproductive system. Therefore, patients also gain some exposure (exposure) radiation projection includes at least Antero posterior (AP), oblique, and lateral. On the other hand, the reproductive organs is one of the organs that are sensitive to radiation (Travis, 2000), it makes reality a dilemma, on one hand radiographs are required to get information anatomical features optimized to support diagnostic, on the other hand the sensitivity of organs high against radiation. Therefore, it is necessary election eksposi factors and appropriate treatment so that the negative effects of radiation does not occur in patients who do checks. It is necessary for the dissemination of research on the radiation dose received at each examination of the reproductive system (HSG) is. Thus, the method can be applied optimization Exposure factors in Histerosalfingography Examination for patient safety (patient safety) that need to be upheld in all health services.

Abstract

The purpose of these activities improve the knowledge and skills of people, especially the breeding of livestock and fish breeding to increase the quality and increase production and be able to compete in the market as well as a means of education. Realization implementation activities in the form of learning, training and mentoring. Stages are conducting learning activities lectures giving the material, strengthening the material with a demonstration and simulation as well as good guidance for implementation in the form of monitoring and evaluation. The target audience of the event is the productive economic business group consists of 25-30 people, which the people of residents who have been focusing on small and independent businesses have both individually and in groups. Delivery of materials, simulations and discussions, delivered with total training hours to 50 hours. Revitalization of land is done by fixing the pool walls were eroded and landslides. Installation waring on pond breeding and nursery grounds. The addition of adequate water filter, the drain water pump to the pool with a filter system, after going through the water inlet filter back to pool. Training and Mentoring fish farming, in the form of breeding carp, catfish and fish, made with fish polyculture system is selected are kept together with other fish, so that the effective time and the results can be harvested alternately.

Abstract

Peak periods of pain and anxiety begins in the first 12 hours of entry ICVCU (Intensive Cardiovascular Care Unit) and improve after 48 hours until the patient was transferred to the ward. The study was to evaluate the efftects of Islamic Prayer in reducing pain and anxiety in patients with AMI in ICVCU. The study was A quasi experimental pre and post test design. The Samples were AMI patients hospitalized for 3 days. Islamic Prayer is composed by reciting Qur’an, prayer, and zikr. Pain was measured by the Numeric Rating Scale for Pain and anxiety was measured by the Numerical Rating Scale for Anxiety (NRSA). The data pain and anxiety were analysized by paired t-test. The findings show that there were significant reductions in mean pain scores and anxious before and after intervention after entering ICVCU Islamic Prayer interventions effectively reduce pain at 12 hours (t = 6.293, p = .000), 24 hours (t = 5.191, p = .000) and 48 hours after admission (t = 6.698, p = .000) and anxious 12 hours (t = 6.293, p = .000), 24 hours (t = 5.506, p = .000), 48 hours (t = 5.234, p = .000). which means that Islamic Prayer is effective to reduce pain and anxiety in patients with AMI in ICVCU.
